A vast majority of people in the community refrain from carrying knives or get involved in knife crime.
Northamptonshire Police are committed to working with partner agencies and members of the public to prevent and tackle those that do. We want to help you make your community as safe as possible and for you to feel as safe as possible.

I will be doing some days of knife surrendering in the near future and hope to answer any of your questions meanwhile look out for me I will be in a street near you.
If you do have a knife to surrender please make the knife safe by putting paper/cardboard over the blade so that it shows intention of genuine wanting to hand it in.
